Why A to Z on All Things ADD/ADHD?

Kimberly Gauthier, who blogs about her four dogs, canine health, and raw dog food, shared this rad blogging challenge at the Seattle Social Media Meetup. Every day in the month of April is assigned a letter which stands for a topic for a blog post.

APRIL CALENDAR 2014 updated 300x225 ADHD| A to Z on All Things ADDFor example, if your blog is about fatal maladies, for A you could choose to write about anthrax, B for botulism, and C for carcinosarcoma, and so on…. (Ok, that’s not a very joyful example).

It’s been about 12 years since I first got diagnosed with ADHD. I’ll share what I’ve learned along the journey, my experiences,  strength I’ve gleaned, and hope for fellow ADDers. For the sake of simplicity, I use the terms ADD and ADHD interchangeably.
